Inside, radiant in-floor heating and an innovative water-to-water heat pump provide exceptional comfort and efficiency. A lifted roofline welcomes southern sunlight deep into the living spaces, passively warming the home through the seasons.

The result is a dwelling that uses 66% less energy than a typical home — a thoughtful balance of natural beauty, performance, and place.
