The yoga studio was designed to utilize every inch of an existing 1 storey former fireworks retail store in Leaside. The City of Toronto made errors in their interpretation of the building code which with the help of our favorite former buidling chief building examiner we were able to successfully overcome. The original brick building was in very poor condition and we were able to completely, airseal, insulate, and bring the building beyond code for a 45 person yoga studio. Working with Invision design we were able to not only provide an energy efficient 45 person studio but one with a beautiful aesthetic.
